About Afsheen Tabassum

I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic person and an active team player with an excellent set of knowledge. I am Currently working as an assistant professor at Princess Nourah University Riyadh, KSA. I have Completed a Ph.D. in the field of Oral Implantology from Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. I have Obtained three years of postgraduate clinical training certificate in Oral Implantology and Prosthetic Dentistry from the Academic Centre of Dentistry, Amsterdam (ACTA), the Netherlands. I have the clinical experience of treating periodontal patients with non-surgical/surgical therapy, crown lengthening, placement and restoration of dental implants including fixed and removable prosthesis. I have extensive experience in the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate students. Additionally, I have supervised Ph.D. students. I have registered as a dentist with the General Dental Council, United Kingdom. Research interests are in the field of implant dentistry, digital dentistry, periodontology, and bone regeneration and published research work in many international peer-reviewed journals.
