About Aftab Anwar

I am serving as Associate Professor & Head of the Department of Management & HRM, Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). Prior to joining AIUB, I was serving as Associate Professor at the Department of Business Studies (DBS) at State University of Bangladesh. I earned my PhD degree from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Malaysia. I obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. I completed Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Asian University of Bangladesh. I also served at Eastern University, Dhaka and Leading University, Sylhet. Besides academic job I was also serving as Head (Acting) of the Department, BBA Program Coordinator and internship coordinator and advisor of Business Club at SUB. I also served as deputy director (in-charge) of Career Service and International Office (CSIO) at Eastern University, Bangladesh. I worked as part time Lecturer at International Islamic University Malaysia. I performed as Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at time of perusing my doctoral degree at IIUM. Being an academician and researcher, I published several articles in both local and international referred journal throughout his professional career. I am also Editorial Board Member of Academy of Strategic Management Journal and American Journal of Economics and Business Innovation (AJEBI) and also member of ELSEVIER reviewer hub.
