About Afye Abdallah

In a fast changing and unpredictable world, I strive to be adaptable in my pursuit of acquiring new knowledge and skills. I am a fourth year University of Auckland Student studying a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and Bachelor of Commerce in International Business. My passion lies in Psychology, and my curiosity of human behaviour has led me to the world Business. I am driven and well-rounded individual with a range of business experience across multiple customer focused sectors. I have extensive experience in engaging with stakeholders, adapting to their needs and providing a tailored approach, building rapport and managing relationships. Previous experience has equipped me with the skills to work with individuals from different walks of life, easily adapt into a new environment, communicate effectively, and have the ability to solve problems. With the recent state of the world, I have gained the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting as well as a hybrid setting. I was honored to take on volunteering program as a Business Management Class Representative - providing support during lockdowns as well as Led Business Management Groups remotely. My Career aspirations are to continue working with people in different industries - in particular Business Consulting. I intend to continue to learn and gain exposure and skills in Business management, Consulting and People Advisory
