As the youngest Regional Vice-President of a major Fortune 500 Company, AG’s experience in the Insurance Industry began in 1979 with E.F. Hutton Life. Although his career in the financial sector began with writing options for Hutton, AGs innovative model to develop the Life department is utilized today by brokerage firms all over the world. AG’s belief was that brokerage firms carrying life products would not be successful without proper client support. Putting the client first was an essential core value at Hutton and knowledge from both the broker and insurance agent was paramount to the new division’s success. His model to implement the infrastructure to cross-train both individuals was integral to the development of Hutton Life. By 1989, Mr. Saab’s concept made Hutton Life the number one insurance brokerage firm on Wall Street with over 6.2 billion dollars in product management. The Fig Group’s in-house options product was modeled after an options strategy developed by Mr. Saab, who was the former Chief Options Strategist for Eaton Vance Investment Management. As a well-known strategist on Wall Street, Mr. Saab is known to best explain this concept as a way to provide “certainty vs. uncertainty” in equity markets. As the youngest Regional Vice-President of a major Fortune 500 Company, AG’s experience writing options began at EF Hutton in 1972. Using options covered calls to enhance cash flow; the strategy is a popular vehicle for those who need monthly income from their equity investments. Mr. Saab continues to advise managers who utilize this form of option writing all over the United States. Mr. Saab earned a B.S. in Finance from The University of Southern Mississippi.
