While in the field of communications, corporate public relations and event organization, I have worked and volunteered for organizations from various industries such as science promotion, health care, environmental protection, and real estate, among others. I have worked in the field of human resource management and organizational consulting, being mostly involved in recruitment and training & development projects. My professional interests are focused on- leadership development and coaching- team dynamics- creativity and motivational training- talent acquisition and potential development- change management- conflict management and facilitation. My approach encompasses individual, group and organizational perspectives and aims at aligning them as much as possible to assist the achievement of organizational goals.
