I am an experienced process and quality systems professional with over 15 years in technical support, customer care, and operations—particularly within the machine tools and engineering sector. Known for being thorough, reliable, and solution-focused, I thrive in environments where compliance, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration are key. Alongside hands-on experience, I invest continuously in professional development. I hold a Distinction in Leadership & Management from UCD Professional Academy and recently completed the QQI Level 5 Emerging Leaders programme (Distinction, certificate pending). My training also includes ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, Environmental Compliance & Awareness, ISO Audit Techniques, Lean Six Sigma, and Fire Safety Training. I have successfully led the adoption of SharePoint-based paperless systems, ensuring document control, traceability, and ISO-style compliance in quotes, orders, and workflow management. With strong communication and coordination skills, I work closely with suppliers, engineers, and clients to ensure high standards are maintained, even under pressure.
