I am passionate about organizational culture, diversity and inclusion and social and employee impact. I have successfully led people on a shared journey of achieving great things in banking for customers, communities and employees. I help to generate enterprise-level outcomes resulting in innovative solutions that capitalize on emerging trends. I am a natural integrator, working across the company to harmonize and amplify outcomes. I champion and drive change while leading creative and engaging communications that advance priorities. I am driven by three core principles - building teams, solving business problems, and crafting workplace experiences that connect, motivate, and empower people to achieve more. I am a member of the bank's Sustainability Council; for over 10 years I have held key leadership roles on BMO's annual employee giving campaign and fundraising programs; I led BMO's Supplier Diversity Program, a key component of our overall diversity strategy, aimed at growing and integrating diverse suppliers into the bank's supply chain and fulfilling our commitment to the communities where we live, work and do business.
