With over eight years of experience, I’ve developed skills in behavioral interviewing, talent sourcing, and finding the right fit for both people and businesses. I’ve worked closely with professionals across all levels of seniority in IT, Product, Marketing, and Operations. My background also includes process and policy design, as well as implementing tools like Hibob to enhance operational efficiency. Now, in my role as an HR Business Partner, I support the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding - while serving as the first point of contact for both employees and managers. I also lead and optimize key HR processes to ensure a smooth and people-centric experience across the organization. Having recruited in startups, scale-ups and digital consulting - and having experienced layoffs myself (at Surfer, Tidio & Flying Bisons)- I bring empathy and a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with organizational change.
