About Agata Roczek

A Chinese studies graduate working as a customer agent in social media marketing, based in Berlin. I have gained experience in customer service, tutoring and translations. Due to my communication skills and a huge passion for languages, I find myself comfortable in dynamic and international environments. My studies, work experience and interests allowed me to develop a hard work ethic and a drive to create positive change. In 2020 I have graduated from University of Warsaw with a master’s degree in Chinese Studies. While completing my education I was able to improve my language skills as well as learn to set high standards for the quality of my performance. Completing translation projects and writing my master thesis additionally contributed to my organizational and time management skills. My work experience in retail sales taught me how to cope with demands under pressure and how to be a valuable team player. During my student internship, I developed abilities in working with different computer tools. My English is fluent and I use it to communicate on a daily basis. I can also offer a native proficiency in Polish, professional understanding of Mandarin and German skills at B1 level. I am sure that with a guidance and my attitude of being hungry to learn, I can develop further skills and experience. As an open-minded, well-organized and ambitious person, I am dedicated to my tasks and excited to take on new professional challenges.
