About Agatha Cezar

I always liked to help people and make their day better. I started working when I turned 18 to pay for university costs at the time. In my second year at university, I was hired for an internship in the hospitality area where I was able to develop my skills with excellence in customer service, I was hired and promoted over a period of 3 years. Then a great international opportunity arose where I was chosen among several professionals of different nationalities (there were only 10 vacancies!) To work in the USA as a trainee at a American company for one year. I met people from many countries, learned about many cultures and mainly worked and understood how Americans work and what were the positive points to bring to Brazil. After 5 years of English studies and fluent, I decided to pursue another challenge: to study Spanish. For that, I chose Chile, where I studied intensively and again learned about the culture. Returning to Brazil, I started to study French and another new challenge: International Trade. I started my MBA in International Business along with the language. And unfortunately I got fired. But I believe everything happens for a reason. Today I work as an executive assistant and I love what I do. I love making my executives' day easier and dealing with new situations all the time.
