About Agathe Jarry

Across my career path, I have constantly aimed at spreading as much as possible my panel of skills, missions, stake holders and working environments, while developing innovative solutions for energy transition. After starting as an R&D engineer and project manager at ENGIE, I moved to human management in the demanding operational SEVESO context of a natural gas underground storage at Storengy. I have lately stood back in the position of asset manager and developer: it has enabled me to dedicate my vision, precision and sense of commitment, as an active contributor to Storengy’s strategy and transformation, both through the optimization of historical assets and the development of new ones (power-to-gas demonstrators). SKILLS - Human management both in operational and technological environments, characterized by change management issues- Project management both in French and international contexts, with strong strategic, competition, economic intelligence and market positioning issues at stake- Negotiation of multi-parties complex agreements - Finance and strategy: business planning in complex subsidies / tax / market or regulated contexts, market studies- Thorough technical knowledge in process engineering, modeling and development, enhanced with the complementary experience of daily operating and troubleshooting of gas treatment processes. Specialty in novel, sustainable and renewable technologies (such as biogas, biomethane, power to gas, energy storage, CO2 capture and storage, …)- Experience and knowledge of the numerous HSE specifications and regulatory compliances in Environment-Classified Industrial Installations (ICPE) and Seveso-classified sites.
