So, who am I? Easy. I’m a people-first change agent who thrives on guiding organizations through complex, meaningful transformation—and I genuinely love what I do. For nearly a decade and a half, I’ve served as a trusted advisor across industries, helping clients turn strategy into outcomes through Agile delivery, cross-functional leadership, and authentic connection. Whether I’m launching a Release Train, or advising a senior client leader, I approach the work with curiosity, clarity, and care. Clients and colleagues describe me as a rapid relationship builder and active listener who brings positive intent, transparency, and empathy to the table. I lead with the belief that empowerment, accountability, and invitation—not imposition—create the conditions for teams and individuals to thrive. My consulting background has made me adaptable and fluent in navigating ambiguity. I’ve worked across industries, vendor ecosystems, and team cultures. Some say my superpower is jumping into new environments and quickly becoming an anchor.
