I notice and help leverage strengths in organisations, teams, families and individuals; as well as to anticipate and mitigate risks. The areas of influence available to me range from family life to policy work, counselling to ministry. In our world today, balancing and thriving while being fully present with our families, our professional lives, our community and the many other commitments of life is not to be underestimated.
