Background

About Agnes Migalska

I am highly ambitious manager with a proven track record of excellent operations and contracts management skills and experience within the training industry – both private and public sectors. I possess a commitment to deliver customer service excellence by being commercially aware, following processes and concentrating on business improvements and targets. In my career, I have successfully achieved contractual targets, retained contracts, developed regional accounts and built professional and trusty relationships with all the clients. I have also supported the growth of QA Authored practice by maximasing profits, reducing cost, analysing trends and providing advice and guidance to junior colleagues, but also working closely with the most senior members of the company. All roles required me to achieve monthly KPI’s and meet SLA’s which I have successfully done. Communication, decision making and problem solving are the key skills which always helped me to achieve all the targets.
