About Agneta Franksson

I enjoy working in a business and result oriented role contributing when there is a need of developing market opportunities. Complex selling and business development has been my main focus during the last 15 years. I have experience from three CEO positions with a strong business management focus as well as experience from roles as the Sales and Marketing Director. I started my career at a R&D department developing medical devices, planning, managing and reporting clinical trials with three patents approved and moved on to a role as the Technical Support Manager. I have also worked in the international market mainly in the Nordic countries. During the past few years the focus has been on sales, international business development and corporate governance as a member of the Board of Directors and also as a management consultant. With my extensive experience of sales and product development I can support in business development and prioritizations. One of my strengths is the combination of competences, as well as my previous positions and long experience from the medical device industry. I have a strong interest in strategy and business development. My experience is that working with these processes supports the development potential of companies. I also have a strong business sense and am extremely result orientated. I am used to taking initiatives and I am known to inspire and engage my surroundings. I am also interested in people management and change management. Received the Supergasell prize 2016.
