About Agung Baskoro

As a dedicated HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Professional with a strong technical background, I specialize in implementing proactive safety strategies, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety across operations. With hands-on experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance, I bring a data-driven and people-focused approach to workplace safety. I thrive in cross-functional teams, collaborating with operations, engineering, and leadership to ensure that safety is not just a priority but a core value. Beyond my role in HSE, I’m also a professional trainer passionate about empowering individuals and teams. I design and deliver impactful training sessions that go beyond knowledge transfer, focusing on mindset, motivation, and meaningful transformation. My goal is to make safety visible, measurable, and sustainable.
