As a General Administration at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), I support the daily operations and functions of the bank, such as managing diaries, preparing business correspondence, and handling customer inquiries. I work with a team of dedicated and professional staff who strive to provide excellent service and satisfaction to our clients and stakeholders. I am also an Accounting student at Universitas Terbuka (UT), where I am learning the principles and practices of accounting, finance, and taxation. I am passionate about improving my knowledge and skills in this field, and I aim to complete my degree by March 2022. I have a Diploma in Taxation from Universitas Mataram, which has equipped me with the fundamentals of tax law and administration. I enjoy applying my academic learning to my work, and I am always eager to learn new things and overcome challenges.
