About Agustina de Miguel

I am a senior at the University of Houston pursuing a B.B.A. in Management with a Marketing minor, graduating in December 2025. Through my academic journey and hands-on experience in customer-focused roles, I’ve developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and commercial strategy. Currently, I serve as a Guest Experience Lead at Lululemon, where I lead from the floor to elevate the guest experience, coach and develop team members, and drive daily business results through connection and product education. Previously, I worked in the insurance and marketing space, generating new business and representing brand identity across both digital and in-person platforms. These experiences have shaped me into a collaborative and adaptable professional, with skills in customer relations, content creation, sales communication, and bilingual engagement (English/Spanish). I’m passionate about contributing to meaningful work environments and making a positive impact through strong, people-centered business practices.
