I have a comprehensive legal background, due to working in multiple sectors, such as non-banking financial services, fintech and payment solutions, and law firms. Currently, I am a legal associate at Basata, where I prepare and review contracts and agreements in both Arabic and English, assist in settling disputes and litigations, conduct research and analysis of legal and regulatory matters, and provide legal support to the General Secretary and the Board of Directors. I have also worked as a legal associate at Bee Smart Payments Solutions, where I drafted contracts for several services in fintech and payment solutions, conducted administrative investigations and examinations, and coordinated with government authorities. Additionally, I have experience as a junior lawyer at Abdel Moteleb Law Office, where I conducted legal proceedings, performed court procedures, provided legal opinions, and conducted legal research. My core competencies include legal administration, legal service, negotiation, contract drafting and reviewing, litigation, compliance, and administrative investigations. I have also developed expertise in fintech and payment solutions, which is a fast-growing and innovative sector that requires constant adaptation and learning.
