About Ahmad Halabi

Having different roles during my career life gives me the opportunity to gain different industry knowledge and interpersonal skill sets. My role is a client-facing and point of contact with a dedicated group of clients for the time the client stays with the company to help achieve the client’s goals. And to maintain client satisfaction, handle account renewals and upsells/cross-sales, and help clients strategize getting the most from the product or service they've purchased. Being an employee in Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMB) company, not only enabled me to gain account management skills but also added sales management skills and Project Management Skills. Bring new sales from new accounts are part of my KPI. Making sure to manage time between existing clients and bringing new leads to do presentation and negotiation then close them successfully with new sales. With project management skills enhanced my communication skills with different stakeholders, improve problem-solving skills, time management skills, team management and decision making to close project successfully and create satisfied client.
