With over seven years of work experience in the IT sector, I am a skilled and reliable service desk analyst who can address and resolve various incidents and requests. My mission is to create a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships with the users and stakeholders. I have a diploma in computer networks design and administration, and I am proficient in various software and hardware systems. I currently work as a senior service desk analyst at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, one of the leading healthcare organizations in the region. In my current role, I leverage my technical knowledge and communication skills to provide timely and effective solutions to the IT problems of the hospital staff and patients. I use the appropriate CTI categories for logging incidents and requests, and I engage other service desk resources or appropriate service resources when needed. I also support the maintenance and administration of the IT systems, such as the backup to disk, the DC, the antivirus server, the zero client, and the virtual OS. I have gained multiple skills in help desk support, technical support, and help desk implementation, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices.
