Graduated in 2003 from the National School of Engineers of Tunis in Industrial Engineering, Ahmed Daoud continued his graduate studies ( Master and PhD ) in Mechanical Engineering at Sherbrooke University. During his PhD, he contributed to the development of methods of modeling and simulation of heat and mass transfer phenomena within ice rinks. Recruited in 2008 by the Research Institute of Hydro-Québec, he continued to build his expertise in energy efficiency and demand response in buildings.
