Participating with the departments for new constructions and development in order to control the hazard identification, risk assessment, aspect and impact.Review environmental measurements in order to assure the compliance with the standards and laws.Participate in the committees of safety and occupational health on monthly meetings basis.Review the hazard identification, risk assessment, aspect and impact for all Departments, in order to minimize the risk and the impact.Investigation the incident, the root cause and the corrective and preventive action.Perform personnel protective equipment assessment study upon Job Hazard analysis and level of protection needed, efficiency, lifetime and availability of PPE brands and their substitutions.Responsible for establishing a statistical report for environmental, occupational health and safety and represent it to general manager. Review and approve the environmental file for renew the license of plant and environmental audit.Review and approve the legal contract documents regarding to HSEObserve work safety behavior. Provide feedback on safe work observations to work groups in toolbox talk meetings. Engage and encourage personnel to work safely
