Co-ordinate with shipping lines /Cargo contractors / Clearing agents /Production Departments as well just to avoid for delay regarding shipment’s program. Preparation of shipping documents & Coordinate with shipping line and forwarder online booking & Submit B/L. Prepare document for submitting in bank (Authorty Letter, Noc & CNF certificate) to Collect B/L. Responsibilities for Import: Correspond with Merchandiser related Proforma invoice upcoming consignment. Apply EIF (Electronic import form) in Weboc System and Coordinate with Bank for Payment & approve EIF. Coordinate with Supplier & get shipment detail Ready date. Coordinate with Freight Forwarder for Freight, Arrange shipment & Agent Details who pick up shipment with Shipper. Coordinate with Clearing Agent for Release shipment.
