Hard working, determined and a genuine passion to succeed. Over 20 years quality experience working with SME’s to blue chip global corporations. The firm was founded by Shokat Zaman in 2003. Shokat has over 5 years’ experience of working within the ‘Big 4’ Top Accountancy firms and a further 5 years experience working within top 10 firms. Despite having an admirable start to his career, he was always keen to advocate innovation and change in the way he and other accountants should work with clients and came up with the concept of becoming ‘Lifestyle Planners’ rather than just accountants. At this point, Fraser Russell was born. The firm’s idea of being lifestyle planners to its clients is very simple, yet most often does involve complex strategies in order to achieve the goals set. The firm will ask each client ‘where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?’ The firm works with the client to ensure the goals are realistic and achievable. We then set out objectives in order to achieve the goals, quite often with milestones and timelines/deadlines set. This way we work collaboratively with our clients to ensure they have clear set goals, and strategies whilst ensuring they are compliant every step of the way. As well as being a Chartered firm of Accountants we are also Registered Auditors. We also provide Forensic Accountancy, have Single Joint Expert Witness Credentials, Rescue & Recovery, Corporate Finance, Insolvency Solutions, Succession Planning and assistance with R&D Tax Credits, Capital Allowances and much much more
