Hello, I’m an IT Administrator with 15+ years of experience in global IT operations, specializing in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise security. I help teams collaborate and stay organized with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, and I’m expanding my skills in AI technologies. I deploy and manage endpoints using Intune, oversee mobile device management and security for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, and streamline Apple device deployment with Apple Business Manager. I’m proficient in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and threat/vulnerability management. I design and implement Microsoft Autopilot solutions for zero-touch computer provisioning and CloudPC deployments for secure, scalable virtual desktops. I manage user identities and groups in EntraID, automate user lifecycle management, and integrate EntraID with cloud services.
