I'm a senior at Northeastern University, majoring in Computer Science with a strong passion for integrating emerging technologies into everyday life and developing creative applications. My academic journey and diverse project experiences have equipped me with a robust skill set in both frontend and backend development. During my co-op at Harvard Kennedy School, I led initiatives to streamline processes and enhance user experiences, notably developing an ElectronJS desktop application that automated software installations and real-time system checks, reducing onboarding redundancies by 75%. I also built a custom HKSIT chatbot using Langchain and ChromaDB, leveraging Python, Flask, and Django for a secure, efficient, and well-tested backend system. At Code4Community, I am actively enhancing our recruitment portal, focusing on robust error handling and improved user engagement through comprehensive Jest testing. My contributions to the Northeastern Mars Rover Team and AerospaceNU reflect my dedication to innovative solutions, such as implementing an error console for the Rover UI and integrating autonomous navigation capabilities for drones using Ardupilot and Pymavlink. My projects, including HuskyHorizons and InsightStock, demonstrate my ability to design and deploy scalable applications. HuskyHorizons is a cultural exchange platform utilizing React.js and Firebase for real-time communication and secure login, while InsightStock is a mobile app that simplifies stock analysis with real-time financial data and AI integration. As the Co-Founder and President of the Bangladeshi Student Association at Northeastern, I have successfully led initiatives to build a vibrant community, achieving significant growth in membership and leadership. Additionally, I serve as the Secretary of the Multicultural and International Student Association (MISA), contributing to the enhancement of our multicultural community. My involvement in the organizing committee of Husky Hunt highlights my event planning and organizational skills.
