About Ahsen Raza

As a Facilities Engineer at Al Borj Facility Management, I am responsible for managing hard and soft services for the Clock Tower Makkah, the world's third tallest tower. With my FMP certification and 4+ years of experience in this role, I have developed strong competencies in MEP, LV, MV, BTU, and energy metering systems, as well as fit-out inspection and civil defense permit renewal. My mission is to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and safety for all seven towers of the project, working alongside with several service providers and leading in-house maintenance teams. I am also committed to achieving facility management tasks and targets through efficient utilization of the available resources and continuous serving for the clients. I enjoy applying my technical expertise and problem-solving skills to optimize the performance and quality of the facilities.
