With over fifteen years of experience in human resources and people management, I am currently the Human Resources Director at letgo, one of the largest and fastest-growing app to buy and sell locally.I oversee the HR strategy, operations, and policies for more than 280 employees across multiple locations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's vision and values. I also lead the talent acquisition, retention, and development programs, as well as the performance management and organizational development initiatives, to support the company's growth and innovation. I was the HR Director of Armut/Homerun/ProntoPro, a leading online marketplace for home services in Turkey and EMEA region. I oversee the HR strategy, operations, and policies for more than 150 employees across multiple locations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's vision and values.I was the Head of People & Culture at WPP, a global creative transformation company, where I managed the HR function for the Turkey office, covering 2 agencies and 250 employees. Previously, for almost four years I was the Talent Lead at Amadeus, a global travel software company, where I managed the talent management function for EMEA countries.In these roles, I was responsible for creating and implementing HR best practices, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, and fostering a diverse and inclusive culture. I have a strong background in all functions of HR and project management, and I am fluent in Turkish, English, and Italian. I am passionate about empowering people, building trust, and driving change through effective HR leadership and collaboration.
