To me, management is about building trust, empowering individuals, and encouraging them to discover their own solutions rather than simply providing answers. Along my career journey, I have faced challenges due to my gender and nationality, with some doubting my ability to become a manager. However, I held on to the belief that no matter what obstacles people may use as reasons, they would never prevent me from believing in myself and my capabilities. This experience has only fortified my determination to prove that talent knows no boundaries. I am passionate about empowering individuals, particularly in the nonprofit sector, fostering women's empowerment, conducting training on strategic planning and HR development, and utilizing art as a powerful tool in addressing mental health challenges. By combining my expertise in management with my commitment to nonviolent activism, I strive to make a positive impact in organizations and communities.
