About Aidan Boylan
I am a fourth-year Mechanical Engineer student at the University of Notre Dame (3.84 GPA) and a member of the Pi Tau Sigma honors society. I interned with General Dynamics Electric Boat in 2023 and Dorman Products’ heavy-duty division at Dayton Parts in 2024. I greatly enjoy all elements of design; the performance and data-driven aspects of engineering and aesthetic and human aspects of industrial design. Outside of my ME curriculum, I have taken several classes with Notre Dame’s Industrial Design department and will be joining a Sustainability Design Lab at the beginning of the Fall 2024 semester. Apart from design, I enjoy filmmaking and photography as my creative mediums and racing in motorsports on the weekends.
