With over 4 years of experience in flight operations, I am passionate about ensuring safety, efficiency, and punctuality for Europe's favourite airline. As an Operations Controller at Ryanair, I oversee and manage the daily operations of all flights, leading a team of dedicated and skilled professionals. I am motivated by Ryanair's mission to offer low fares, great service, and innovation, and I strive to contribute to its success and growth. I also bring a diverse and creative perspective to my role, as I have a BA in Music and a love for scuba diving. In my current role, I am responsible for setting and executing the daily strategy, planning for regular and irregular operations, conducting briefings, activating key procedures, and training and supervising staff. I use my computer literacy, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities to monitor, track, and report on flight movements, crew duties, and punctuality. I also develop and implement solutions to operational disruptions, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. I enjoy working with and learning from my colleagues, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
