Hi! My name is Aidan Given, I am a keen marketeer with a passion for writing and a huge interest in design and brand marketing. I am an up-beat, energetic person and love working with good people, and I relish the challenge of leading when possible. I have worked in marketing for about 10 years, and I am always looking to use my creativity and add an offbeat viewpoint when looking at challenges. Problem solving, thoughtful discussion and optimism are attributes I bring to any occupation, and getting to know my colleagues comes as an added benefit to work. From traveling and working across the world, I've gained experience in different sectors, with a knack for learning quickly in new environments. Recent positions such as Head of Marketing Operations and Creative manager for a national digital infrastructure company had me managing areas from branding and PR to events and campaign creation. Previous to this, I've had experience in larger, operations based roles, working with burgeoning tech start-ups through large growth phases. This gave me a chance to grow into a more varied role for the business, dealing with copy-writing, logistics and further operations management - giving me a great view of running an e-commerce business from top to bottom.
