About Aidan Hogan

As the sole Marketing Executive at Irwin and Colton, I lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support our mission of connecting top-tier health and safety professionals with leading organisations across the UK. My work involves running the social media pages, email marketing, blog writing and all things creative within the business. This work supports business development efforts and enhances our online brand awareness.Previously, I spent over four years at Amber Mountain Marketing, where I progressed from Digital Marketing Apprentice to Executive. During that time, I managed multi-channel campaigns, created content, and optimised digital strategies for a wide range of clients. My work included, but was not limited to, social media management, email marketing, SEO, video editing, and content creation - always with a focus on measurable results and growth. At Irwin and Colton, I’m applying my experience in a more specialised recruitment environment, helping to elevate our brand presence and engage both clients and candidates through multi-channel marketing.
