About Aidan Johnson

I am currently an Assistant Manager at Sherwin-Williams, where I oversee inventory management, order processing, and customer relations. I have completed several military courses and training programs, including the Field Artillery Basic Officer Leadership Course and the Officer Candidate School. I have core competencies in customer relationship management (CRM), inventory control, and inventory planning.Before joining Sherwin-Williams, I served as an Artillery Platoon Leader and a Fire Support Officer in the US Army. I integrated fire support team capability with the maneuver echelon, advised commanders on the planning and execution of indirect fires, and ensured platoon readiness and maintenance. I have skills in artillery tactics and leadership, digital and GPS technologies, and observation and communication equipment. I value teamwork, discipline, and excellence, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any organization.
