About Aidan Leach

I am a Professional Engineer, Certified Health Physicist and Project Management Professional currently working as senior site inspector at a nuclear facility. I have previous experience in the research reactor health physics, manufacturing of medical devices and nuclear fuel, as well as industrial research and teaching. I specialize in process improvements, training/teaching and cause analysis. I also have management experience; I worked extensively as the acting Facility Manager and Facility Authority during my time at the Nuclear Fuel Fabrication Facility. I am the proud chair of the Renfrew County Regional Science and Technology Fair; an organization dedicated to improving student STEM education through empowering and enabling teachers to hold school science fairs, holding an annual, nationally-recognized regional science fair, and supporting top students to excel on the national stage at the annual Canada Wide Science Fair.
