About Aidan Marr

Hi, I'm a young professional from Port Dover with a university degree in accounting and history. I am planning to pursue my CPA designation and work in public accounting, and eventually I want to find a way to combine both disciplines of accounting and history together. As you can see below, my work experience is diverse: while I worked for small privately owned businesses on large project sites (in a unionized environment), I also have experience in non-profit and public institutions as an instructor for various activities. I am also proud of my summer job experience at Stelco and Welsh Bros Farming as a steelworker and production worker respectively, as these demanding jobs taught me the importance of timeliness, safety, and responsibility. I have robust professional and personal experience in computer software including Microsoft Office, SAGE 50, and the heritage web app HistoryPIN; typing speed 55 wpm. I am more than capable of working independently and operating in many different work environments.
