About Aidan McAleavy

With over 20 years in Construction, from the ground up, I am an experienced Construction Manager in various fields such as Lifesciences, Pharmaceutical and Datacentre projects from Pre-Construction to Hand Over working at home in Ireland and on various projects throughout the UK and Europe. My current role has extended responsibilities in the maintaining of Quality and Commissioning and, in addition, key roles in ensuring the Health & Safety and Wellbeing of direct and sub-contracted employees on projects. To ensure the continuation of standards I have continually maintained an updated a reflection on current industry legislation both at home and abroad. I continually assess manpower requirements, material needs, S/E’s and budgetary requirements to meet Project Schedules. A close relationship with both the client and sub-contractors forms an integral project part and I continually manage and coordinate the build, QA/QC and scheduling of commissioning to deliver Quality product first time round.
