About Aidan McMahon

A registered architect in both the UK and Portugal, Aidan has extensive experience in project management and leading design teams in delivering complex major projects. Whilst in Portugal, he manages stakeholders and design teams for the delivery of high-end hospitality projects and leads an internal team of designers at Estúdio Lisboa in project concepts and execution. His previous roles in the UK include; Design Manager for Canary Wharf, where he was responsible for the design delivery of One Park Drive, the signature building as part of the multi-billion Wood Wharf extension of the estate. Prior to this, he worked at Stanton Williams architects on projects of multiple scales and complexities, including Lincoln College at the University of Oxford, and Central Saint Martins (UAL) in London’s Kings Cross. Aidan is experienced in working on all stages of building development, including engaging with stakeholders to establish strategy, feasibility and briefing, alongside design management and construction execution.
