About Aidan Peacock

My work is at the intersection of data analysis and operational efficiency, crafting solutions that deliver impactful results. Originally from Central Maine, I’ve called North Carolina's Research Triangle home since I graduated from Hampshire College in 2022. My career in the Triangle began at UNC Chapel-Hill, where I have sought to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery in higher education programs. I currently serve as the Program Manager for UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School's MBA Program, where I’ve had the privilege of driving strategic initiatives and managing program operations to enhance student and employer experiences. I first joined UNC's Digital and Lifelong Learning team, where I analyzed, developed, and managed several service-delivery operations that reduced staff correspondence and improved lead time. Passionate about operational management, data analysis, and sustainability, I am currently pursuing an MBA at NC State with the goal of leading sustainable business initiatives founded on data. I'm dedicated to mastering the complex intersection of these fields to create innovative, results-driven solutions that move organizations forward.
