About Aidan Perry

I am a recent Sport and Recreation Graduate with a Major focused in Environmental Management from Lincoln University (NZ) My passion for sport and recreation was sparked through growing up playing many different sports and enjoying it. My love for sport has expanded in many ways through playing, coaching, organizing and teaching. I believe sport is a fundamental aspect of life and has many mental and physical health benefits. My passion for the environment stems from the want to create a sustainable future in which the environment will flourish for now and future generations to enjoy. This passion started from Biology and Agriculture classes at highschool where I learned the importance of the environment. This inspired me to take environmental management and try to turn this goal into a reality. The environmental management degree taught me how to best respond to challenges relating to the environment, through policies and tools.
