About Aidan Soeltner

Hello, My name is Aidan Soeltner and I am currently attending Central Michigan University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing with a focus in professional sales with a minor in Finance. Over the summer of 2023, I joined a new team working with the phone bank at Jackson National a financial services company that focuses on annuities and retirement planning, while working with the phone bank team I work directly with the External Wholesalers and their sales team to schedule and close out meetings while also making notes for them to help keep organized when meeting with advisors. Since I hope to get into the world of sales I found what I do every day very fascinating. I loved reading through meeting notes and listening to External Wholesalers talk about the process it is to making a sale. Throughout High school, I participated in basketball, golf, FFA, and DECA. While playing golf in high school I was a four-year varsity player and I was named captain of the team in my junior and senior years. My school only offered DECA my senior year and knowing I wanted to go into some sort of business degree I knew it was an opportunity I had to take. Although I didn't compete in any FFA competitions I learned an abundance of teamwork and communication skills. I am very passionate about basketball over the past few summers I have helped out with my high school basketball program. This past summer I was fortunate enough to coach the freshman boys basketball team. I also am a very avid golfer, I enjoy playing in amateur events during the summer to test my game.
