About Aiden Asprakis

About Me Hi, my name is Aiden, and I'm a young and passionate software developer. I love to create fun and exciting projects. Programming has always been one of my interests since it is a convenient tool to build projects, and there is such a low barrier to entry. My goal is to bring any idea I want to life with nothing but my laptop and a wifi connection. Currently, I am studying Computer Science at the University of Windsor. My courses have allowed me to use programming languages, such as C and Java, and learn about object-oriented programming and data structures. Additionally, I have joined a small startup with fellow students called FinBud, where we are creating a financial advisory app targeted at young adults. This app is teaching me about AWS and Next.js. Leveraging the skills learned through my first few projects, I landed a position during the summer as a Software Developer Co-op Student at Rocket Innovation Studio. Here, I learned about Angular, NestJS, Nx, Splunk, and so many other services. I am looking forward to returning in the winter Co-op term. My passions are Soccer and Tech. I'd love to connect if you want to discuss either, especially any challenging and ambitious projects you wish to bring to life.
