Hello My Name is Aiden Hamilton, I am a Business Professional and have had over 10 years of experience in Leadership within many companies. Recently graduating with my Bachelor's in Business Administration, I have decided to pursue my MBA in Data Analytics. Being Data-driven is the new normal for how businesses will remain properous and I want to be ready with the right tools so that I can provide meaningful data-driven answers to my stakeholders! Working as a Team and finding how each member is vital to the success of the organization is a passion of mine. Even in my early years of Operating and Managing at Starbucks Coffee Company, I learned hands on skills in Human Resource Management, Inventory tracking and optimization, Problem-solving, and Change management. I believe small business is the lifeblood of the US Economy and so I have spent some of my career consulting on digital marketing and organizational behaviour to leverage better employee motivation and retention so that small companies can gain market share as competition from large organizations seeks to dominate.
