About Aiden Kingry

I am a senior at Florida State University, studying Human Development and Family Sciences with the intent of pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant. Being a student has offered me many academic, professional, and occupational opportunities! I am a three year Resident Assistant through University Housing. This job has allowed me to practice crisis management, communication, and time management. Through this position, I have been able to help first year students find their footing on campus and learn how to navigate being away from home, how to handle conflict, and how to maximize their opportunities as a student.I am a student peer navigator, teaching a first semester freshmen course to 15 students about FSU and the opportunities it has in store. The goal is to provide a space for students to discuss and workshop their goals and aspirations for the their education, and how they can achieve those in an effective manner.Outside of academics, I am a second year section leader for the Marching Chiefs. Pursuing my passion for music while serving the band and the community it creates has been the dream of a lifetime and something I will look back on with joy and admiration.I am Warden for the Epsilon Iota chapter executive board of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. As warden, I maintain the chapter room and practice classroom management. This has allowed me to further my passion for music while also teaching me skills about how to be a leader and team player.
