I'm a strategy and engagement leader with a background in enterprise transformation, Rights Holder and stakeholder engagement, and sustainable finance — with deep experience advising on the integration of Indigenous and inclusive perspectives into business and investment strategy. As Manager of the Strategy and Engagement Practice at Creative Fire, a 100% Indigenous-owned consulting firm, I lead strategic initiatives for financial institutions, asset managers, and corporate clients navigating complex change. My work focuses on aligning executive priorities with the needs of Indigenous Peoples, embedding purpose into operations, and creating value through more equitable and sustainable practices. I also sit on the Leadership Team of the Conservation Impact Bond, Canada’s first outcomes-based investment vehicle for conservation, where I support governance design, performance strategy, and cross-sector collaboration. This dual perspective — working across both capital markets and community investment ecosystems — allows me to bridge institutional systems with eyes-on-the-land priorities. Highlights of my recent work include- Facilitating partnerships between Indigenous communities and corporations to create equity investments, tailored service programs building capacity, and energy sovereignty - Advising asset managers and institutional investors representing over $1 trillion in AUM on how to better integrate Indigenous and sustainability considerations into investment strategy and due diligence - Leading enterprise strategy and Rights Holder/stakeholder engagement for clients across sectors including banking, mining, and infrastructure - Designing and facilitating strategic planning sessions, leadership retreats, and multi-stakeholder engagements I approach this work as a settler reconnecting with a distant Anishinaabe ancestry — committed to contributing meaningfully to the Indigenous economy and to shaping strategy that reflects the full range of voices and values at play. With a background in physics, a love of systems thinking, and a lifelong connection to nature, I bring analytical depth and relational care to every project.
