As a business analyst at A. O. Smith, I specialize in data management and analytics, applying my programming and analytical skills to support the order fulfillment process and improve operational efficiency. With the help of my team, I develop and maintain databases, dashboards, reports, and models that provide insights and solutions for various business challenges and opportunities. Before joining A. O. Smith, I was a designer at Trane, where I used CAD expertise to produce parts, assemblies, layouts, bills of materials, and drawings for commercial HVAC units. I also designed products for clients such as Google, Kroger, and Cyxtera, and also programmed and maintained several tools that enhanced the design and manufacturing process, such as a data processor, an optimizer, and a calculator. I recently completed a master's degree in computer science and quantitative methods at Austin Peay State University, where I deepened my knowledge and skills in data science and its applications.
