About Aiden Pitblado

I am a first-year Commerce Co-op student interested in pursuing a career in finance. I am committed, hardworking, and eager to learn. My desire to keep learning, adapting, and growing will drive me to excel in the future. I am also very well-rounded and excel both individually and in team environments. During high school, I was involved in various clubs and sports. I was a member of the stock market club where we managed and operated our fictional portfolio. I competed against numerous people finishing in the top 10 percentile. As a member of the Hockey and Lacrosse teams, without it showing on my jersey I was well respected in the locker room as a great leader. In September 2023 I joined the Dalhousie Investment Society as a general member. As a first-year, my goal is to network and build relationships, explore different career paths, and learn from people who have done it before me. I plan to use my connections and information to help land my first Co-op term. In the future, I plan to join a leadership position within the Dalhousie Investment Society to help younger students who were once in my shoes.
