About Aigars Klucis

I’m the Project Manger for company Elva Baltic, I managing Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP systems implementation process from identifying customer requirements to the system go live consultation phase. In this role I’m responsible for whole ERP systems implementation process. Beside, what I mentioned before, my responsibility include analysing customer business proceses, looking for common business and system solutions, managing project resources, providing high service level on communication, oversighting and managing project budget. My thorough knowledge on system functional directions are manufacturing and warehouse management. Our most exciting work to date was coordinating transition to the euro currency all company’s corporate customers. It was 2 years project with a large project team. I got invaluable experience. Before joining to Elva Baltic, I worked with Microsoft ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics AX. I was trainer on AX systems warehouse and manufacturing moduls. I got experience on presentation and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 system. I feel comfortable in cooperation with our customers and I’m satified with establishing new contacts, new projects chalanges. Each project is new expirience for me with new oportunities, new knowladge base in “ERP world”. If I have to choose one of my favorite implmentation process components - project managing is keyword. I’m intersted in connecting with my collegues, customer project team members and ofcourse, with my old friends. We never know, may be one day in a future we could help each other in our business.
