Aiko is a highly-articulate and accomplished professional with a track record of experience in the local and multinational fast-moving consumer goods industry. Her approach to work is founded on creativity and the ability to cultivate strong public relationships. She continually refines these skills through her experiences in both corporate and remote settings. She graduated with honors as an Outstanding Senior Student and a Talent Awardee from the College of Business Administration at Silliman University in 2018, with a major in Business Management. She possesses experience in Sales, Executive Assistance, and Recruitment, and is actively enhancing her competencies in business opportunity assessment, sales monitoring, forecasting, marketing, conceptualization, and customer relationship management. Additionally, she can professionally speak English and Tagalog, and is also proficient in the Hiligaynon and Cebuano dialect. In addition to her professional pursuits, she also engages in social media marketing and influencing, having dedicated several years to building her Instagram portfolio (@theaikokitane). She has worked with different brands who have trusted her creative outputs to further generate profit in the business. To give more room for her creativity, she founded Aikonic Crafts and became a Resin Artisan since 2020, specializing in making functional, wearable, and usable pieces — transforming her client's special memories into masterpieces. She is also a passionate advocate for various causes, including Women's Voice, Mental Health, Environmental Awareness and Preservation, Proper Sex Education, and more. Her commitment to these causes led to her victory in the Miss Silliman pageant in 2016 — the most prestigious and longest-running pageant in Asia. While freediving is often regarded as a sport, she engages in it as a means of recreational activity, fostering a deeper connection and understanding of our environment and the planet as a whole.
